Those two numbers are the whole problem. The denials that get appealed usually win, and most of them never get appealed, because finding the winnable ones means going through the entire pile first. So the pile sits there, and every month it gets taller, and the ones that were worth real money age out quietly alongside the ones that were never going anywhere.

Please don't send patient information

I only need denial codes, dates of service, and payer names. Not names, dates of birth, diagnoses, member IDs, or chart notes.

If a screenshot has patient details in it, crop them out or black them out first. Nothing about this work requires protected health information, so there's no reason for it to leave your office.

No card, no trial, and no drip sequence you have to unsubscribe from afterward. If you read it and never write back, that's a fine outcome.

That covers every denial you send me, however many there are. It doesn't scale with volume and there's no setup fee.

Month to month, cancel whenever, no notice period. If I haven't filed an appeal for you inside the first thirty days, I'll refund the month.

That price is the price. I don't quote differently depending on who's asking, and there's no call where it gets negotiated.
